Job Description:
RenovateRX is currently seeking a responsible and dedicated Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall care of the various properties that RenovateRX handles in Catskill, New York. Your primary objective will be to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:

- Perform regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Address any immediate maintenance or repair issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers, such as plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, and landscapers, as needed.
- Keep the properties clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle routine maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, minor repairs, and touch-up painting.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests related to property maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and friendly relationship with guests and provide assistance when needed.
- Stay updated on property rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in property maintenance or caretaking is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Local resident of Catskill or nearby areas preferred.
