New renderings offer a sneak peek at the 25 full floors of boutique office space at 520 Fifth Avenue, the tallest mixed-use tower on the iconic street. Situated on floors nine through 34 below the condo units, the offices, designed by AD100 designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., feature terraces and loggias, soaring ceiling heights, and 10-by-10-foot operable windows. Above the offices are 100 luxury condos, which launched sales last April.

Developed by Rabina and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the mixed-use building topped out at 88 stories in October, making it the tallest condo tower on the historic thoroughfare and the second tallest structure after the Empire State Building.
Located on the corner of 43rd Street and Fifth Avenue, the tower features a series of tiered setbacks with signature glazed terracotta arches framing 10-by-10-foot glass apertures. The tower has a slenderness ratio of 1:12, making it one of the skinniest buildings in the city, according to CityRealty.

The office floors occupy the lower levels of the building, while 100 condos begin on the 42nd floor. Sales for the one- to four-bedroom residences launched last April, with prices starting at $1.7 million.

Vicky Charles served as global head of design for Soho House for over 20 years and has worked with affluent clients like George and Amal Clooney and Victoria Beckham.
Tenants will have access to Charles & Co.’s services, including full custom interior fit-out packages to help companies personalize their spaces and bring them to life.

Penthouse 80, the highest condo in the building, sold for $11.5 million earlier this month. The unit is the fifth of seven penthouses at 520 Fifth Avenue sold, with one listed for $11.75M. The latest signed contract brings the building to over 85 percent sold.
Amenities include a solarium, lounge, dining room, library, and game room on the 88th floor. A members-only hospitality club called Moss offers residents five floors of amenities.
Construction on the building is expected to wrap up later this year, as 6sqft previously reported.
