Verizon is introducing a new affordable bundle today. You pay $69.99 per month and get both Verizon mobile and Fios home internet. That Fios connection is a 300Mbps one for $19.99, and for mobile you’re getting on the Unlimited Welcome plan for $50.
Caveats? Sure, let’s go through them. “Plus taxes and fees”, first and foremost – that’s how you should read the prices above. Then, for the mobile plan, you need to bring your own phone and set up Auto Pay for both that and the home internet plan. Oh, and you need to be a new customer. And there’s a $99 setup fee. And after three years, you’ll pay $15 more per month as a discount you were getting in order to reach this price will have expired.
